Terms & Conditions

This agreement is made by and between the business client identified herein referred to as CLIENT as signature below and Video-Web-Marketing, LLC a division of Plumbline Digital, LLC and herein referred to as VWM.

WHEREAS: VWM provides a unique service to obtain top page rankings in Google for specific keywords related to the CLIENTS and their unique business and location.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: VWM offers on behalf of its CLIENTS and agrees to provide services to place CLIENT in the highest rankings of Google as determined by CLIENT’S industry and location based on the video enhancement package purchased by the CLIENT. CLIENT is responsible for tracking of new clients and conversions using their own internal systems. VWM will provide tangible and measurable results at which time the billing for the monthly enhancement package will begin and continued results tracking at the end of each billing cycle.

The CLIENT’S business and location are exclusive to the CLIENT and Video-Web-Marketing.com will not represent another client in the same business or location as long as the CLIENT remains current on payments for monthly enhancement services with Video-Web-Marketing.co,. CLIENT has the right to cancel services (after the initial 3 month contract) by email or certified mail. If payments fall behind, CLIENT will be given a 10 day suspension notice and has 48 hours to reconcile the balance. Meanwhile Video-Web-Marketing.com will not perform agreed upon services for the CLIENT and a $50.00 late fee imposed due to the short amount of time Video-Web-Marketing.com will have to provide the agreed upon services for that month. Upon payment received, the billing cycle will reset to that day and Video-Web-Marketing.com will resume services for CLIENT. If the payment is received after the 12 day late period a $500.00 re-activation fee applies and the business category will be opened immediately. CLIENT may resume services once the $500 re-activation fee and monthly enhancement package is received in full and provided that the business category is still available. Video-Web-Marketing.com reserves the right to reopen client’s business category and location if these terms are not met.

All notices pertaining to this agreement shall be in writing and submitted and transmitted by hand delivery or other verifiable conveyance sent to the address set forth on this Agreement, unless either party gives written notice to the other of a change of address.

DISCLAIMERS/GUARANTEES: VWM is not responsible for the disruption of service as a result of any Acts of God, internet communication failures and/or all other occurrences outside its direct control. Although VWM does not guarantee a minimum number of responses for businesses, it will use its best efforts and resources in securing such.

The terms of this Agreement is a MONTH TO MONTH or ONE TIME CYCLE (CIRCLE APPROPRIATE SERVICE) and shall begin from the date this Terms & Conditions are agreed upon and payment in full is received.
